Terms and conditions
- Activating a Gift Card requires a Play Magnus user account
- No payment information is required to activate a Gift Card
- The membership period starts from the moment the Gift Card is activated for a Play Magnus user. You can safely purchase a Gift Card good time in advance
- Upon purchasing a gift card you will receive an email with a Gift Card Code. This code can be activated on a user to give unlimited access for the given period. You can simply forward the email to the gift receiver when it is time, or give them the Gift Card Code however else you want.
- If you did not receive an email with the Gift Card Code please check your spam folder. If you still cant find it, contact us at feedback@playmagnus.com
- If you want to use a Gift Card but already have a Plus Membership send us an email with your Gift Card Code and we will pause your membership. feedback@playmagnus.com
- To activate a Gift Card visit playmagnus.com/gift-card/redeem and follow the instructions
- 1 month = 30 days, 3 months = 90 days, 1 year = 365 days
- Gift cards are not transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered in exchange.
- Play Magnus does not accept liability for loss, theft, misuse or delayed transmission (for example, due to technical difficulties) of Gift Cards.
- In the event of fraud, attempted deceit or suspicion of other illegal activities relating to the purchase of a Gift Card, Play Magnus will be entitled to demand the closure of the relevant customer accounts and/or an alternative payment method. There is no right to activation or payment of the affected Gift Cards.
- When purchasing a Gift Card, you will be subject to our Play Magnus Subscription Terms and Privacy Policy.
